Following the initial mass production and shipment of semi-automatic enhanced X-ray systems before the Chinese Lunar New Year, the first batch of fully automatic enhanced X-ray inspection equipment has now successfully entered mass production and been shipped.
Based on years of accumulated industrial application experience in the semiconductor and lithium battery sectors within the inspection and measurement field, and through collaboration with experts from relevant disciplines at renowned domestic and international universities, Insight Scientific quickly resolved and optimized the software algorithm challenges of enhanced X-ray technology. We are among the first in China to achieve mass production of enhanced X-ray measurement equipment. The enhanced X-ray method is an enhancement of the 2D X-ray mode and a faster version of the CT mode, capable of covering most of their industrial inspection application scenarios. In practical projects, systems are custom-designed based on the specific inspection items, accuracy requirements, and application scenarios. Currently applied in the lithium battery industry, the inspection accuracy reaches 7µm/pixel.
