Thiis equipment is used for pole welding and assembly of small steel-case batteries.
The pole and sealing film are first fed in reel form, then punched into sheets, and subsequently bonded to the steel case by thermal welding. Finally, an insulating tape is applied.
This equipment realizes fully automatic assembly and inspection of satellite communication modules. It supports three types of coaxial satellite communication modules. The machine can automatically assemble 7 micro-components into a communication module at high speed, and automatically test spring force and impedance. It grades and sorts products, with finished parts output in trays. The accuracy reaches 5 μm and the throughput is 720 UPH.
